The numbers you have mentioned as help desk, will never be attended by those people. In case of recovering user id/ password from the registered mobile then also the mobile number should be active. Expatriates face lots of difficulties as once it’s registered the mobile number may not be used and it becomes inactive. In these cases what we can do? Do not tell to call help desk. They don’t even pick up the call. Any other options?

After successfully resetting, your password will be (If your DOB is 20/10/1987 & User Name is abingeorge) then your password "abinge20101987". Try and comment again.
